AKHMOA Executive Committee Meeting

AKHMOA executive committee meeting was held on the 15^th of January 2012 at K.K International Hotel, Ernakulam. Executive members and web coordinators from all districts were present for the same. Meeting was presided over by the chairman Dr. Sreekanth PS.

 Main issues discussed and put forward for committee approval were

• Discussion on the design, content, feasibility and launching of the new website for AKHMOA, “Ayushkeralam.org”.
• Amendment in the bylaw of our association and its approval.
• Regarding patron ship and other issues with website launch.
• OP registration number renewal regarding.
• Future programs of AKHMOA.

Meeting began with the introductory speech by chairman and a detailed narration of performance report of last session by Dr. Manu.

Dr. Ratheesh Kumar, Tirur explained about the website structure, its designs, various functionalities and OP data entry methods to the district web coordinators with the help of projector.

Technical details were cleared by the executive from cre8ivewebs, who did the coding and designing for this site.

Suggestions for the official launch date, venue, corresponding CME, chief guest for website were talked about and kept for consideration.

Few amendments in Bylaw were suggested and were approved by the executive committee.

Excited interactions were seen among the members following the OP registration number renewal unanimity.

A membership fee from members was proposed to be collected in the month of April annually.

Dr. Sreejith gave a meticulous financial report for the last session at the end of committee.

Refreshments were provided to the members during the heated exchange of suggestions.

Members were seen speeding up towards Ernakulam junction railway station to catch the iron wheels as soon as the meeting was adjourned.
